The head instructor, Brad Fraley, lives out of state and visits about every six weeks to lead a three day workshop and offer private lessons.
Between workshops, senior students lead practice classes at various locations. During these sessions, everyone works together to deepen their practice, and newer students receive corrections and learn new movements.
At the workshops, beginners are introduced to the first 7 movements of the tai chi form and will be introduced to the qigong system.
An audio CD of the tai chi form is available for purchase at any time.

"Stand like a mountain, move like a great river."
Between sessions, students are expected to practice daily. Relaxation, awareness, and vitality will naturally increase over time.
Regardless of your learning style or level of physical endurance, you will, with patience and daily practice, make steady progress.
Don't rush! Tai chi is a path or way, not a destination.
