about the school

Originaly founded by Brad Fraley, the school is now run by his senior students, who lead classes at various locations. During these sessions, everyone works together to deepen their practice. Newer practitioners receive instruction and corrections from the more experienced students.

These sessions are relaxed and informal with a focus on mutual support.

Between sessions, it is important to practice daily. Relaxation, awareness, and vitality will naturally increase over time.

Regardless of your learning style or level of physical endurance, you will, with patience and daily practice, make steady progress.

Don't rush! Tai chi is a path or way, not a destination.
